Olive oil does wonder

You can massage olive oil before going to sleep. Take little olive oil and rub it gently onto the skin before going to bed.

Honey

Honey is an excellent moisturizer for skin. It is well known for attracting and restoring moisture to the skin. Honey can be used as face packs, masks, lotions etc.

You can apply a thick layer of honey on face and leave that for 30 seconds. Wash your face with plain water. Try this once or twice a week and you will see the difference.

Take 1/2 ripe banana and mash it into a bowl, take 1/2 cup oatmeal and add one tablespoon honey. Mix it well and apply evenly on the face for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Soak a cloth in cold milk and put it on your face for few minutes. Wash the milk off your face by another cloth dipped in lukewarm water.

Yogurt

Take some yogurt on your palm or fingers and apply on skin. Keep for 10 minutes and wash the face. This can be done once daily.

Take one fully ripe avocado and mash it into a bowl until lumps are gone. Make sure you remove the seeds. Add 1 tablespoon honey and stir to a uniform paste. Apply on face and leave for 15 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water.

Aloe Vera is known for moisturizing the skin and fighting skin infection. It treats raw and damaged skin and prevents itching. You can extract Aloe Vera gel direct from the plant. It calms and soothes the skin and reduces redness and discomfort due to dry skin.
